All this time, I was able to access this Chinese website Ifsp.tv (帆视频-Share the joy).
By the way, this Ifsp.tv is a great site.
It offers the latest free movies, TV shows, entertainment, cartoons, documentaries, games, latest news, fashion, technology, music and lifestyle.

Last week, when I tried to visit this Ifsp.tv site and it showed a white screen with the following description:
“This site cannot be reached”.
I feel sick.
The URL is correct, but I was unable to access the site.
I tried these solutions as some websites suggested:
Restart DNS Client, clear browser cache, history and cookies, clean DNS, uninstall browser extensions and scan your device for malware.
But all the tips above failed to solve my “This site is unreachable” issue.
Then I tried this option:
Change the IPv4 DNS address to Google Public DNS.
It works immediately.
Fix Ifsp.tv Website Cannot Be Reached
This is how I did it:
1. Go to the lower right corner of your laptop screen (it’s called the System Tray).
2. Click the “Network” icon next to the Speaker/Headphone icon.
3. A box will pop up, click “Open Network and Sharing Center”.
4. Opens a page where you can see your network information and make connections.
5. Now click on “Your Wireless Network Connection”.
6. A box opens.
7. Under the “Activity” section, click the “Properties” button.
8. Another box opens.
9. Click on “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/Pv4)”.
10. Then click the “Properties” button again.
11. Another box appears.
12. Click on the small circle and select “Use the following DNS server addresses”.
13. For “Preferred DNS server” type: 8 8 8 8
14. For “Alternate DNS server”, type: 8 8 4 4
15. Finally click the “OK” button.
16. That’s all.
Now try accessing the ifsp.tv site and see if you can access it this time.
